Frequently Asked Questions
We typically run our Christmas tree pickup service from December 27th through mid-January. Specific dates and scheduling windows are announced each season.
Remove all decorations, lights, tinsel, garland, and ornaments. Take the tree out of its stand and place it curbside on your scheduled pickup day. Trees with decorations or stands cannot be collected.
This service is for real Christmas trees only (pine, spruce, fir). Artificial trees are not accepted through this program.
